PAYMENT METHODS
1. Direct bank transfer
With this option you transfer the amount of your order including shipping to our bank account directly. In case of free shipping, we don’t charge any shipping costs of course. This means your order will become valid and final when the money arrives in our account. Production and/or preparation of the products will start after this. To be able to identify your payment, please always indicate your order number when doing the transfer. (you received your order number via email)

2. Payment on delivery
This option is only available for shipments within Hungary. For shipments to other countries, please contact us. The below applies to English speakers requesting delivery within Hungary!
When placing your order you have the option to select payment on delivery. In this case you may pay with cash or card at the courier or at the parcel locker.
If you requested to ship via certified mail the payment on delivery option is not available! For all other options you can choose this method without any extra cost.
3. PayPal
A simple and secure way to pay online. You need your email to register a paypal account and you can make online payments without having to provide your card details every time. For more information click here.
SHIPPING METHODS
1. Hungarian Postal Services
Your package will be delivered by the Hungarian Post (MPL delivery; MPL payment on delivery; Hungarian Post certified mail).
2. Foxpost delivery
Once we have hand your package over to their courier Foxpost will deliver on the following business day. They will notify you via email or text message. On Free shipping promos or purchases over 15000 Ft this comes at no extra cost!
3. Foxpost Parcel Locker
You can pick up your parcel at your chosen parcel locker as well. Foxpost will notify you via email and/or text message when it has arrived.
4. Pick up at our site
You can also come and pick up the package yourself at our address during working hours: H-2000 Szentendre, György u. 11/b. Make sure you contact us regarding the exact date and time when choosing this option.
5. International delivery
Currently we only accept orders from Hungary. If you would like to ship abroad, please contact us at info@bracers.eu or here.
SHIPPING COSTS
Hungarian Post certified mail (inc. tax): 1795 Ft (payment on delivery is not available for this option)
MPL delivery (inc. tax): 1975 Ft
MPL delivery with payment on delivery (incl tax): 3020 Ft
Foxpost delivery (inc. tax): 1800 Ft
Foxpost parcel locker (inc. tax): 1100 Ft
Pick up at our site: no charge (H-2000 Szentendre, György u. 11/b)
In case you requested delivery via certified mail, payment on delivery is not possible. For all the other shipping methods you can choose payment on delivery.
Shipping cost is not included in the prices of our products, except:
– limited time special promo offers
– Orders above 15000 forints (only available for shipments within Hungary)
In these 2 cases we don’t charge you for shipping!
RESENDING OF NON-COLLECTED PARCELS
If you don’t collect your parcel despite the email or text messages and you don’t inform us about this, the package will be returned to us. If you still need the package and wish to have it re-shipped we can only do so by charging you the return and the re-ship costs. We will only hand over the package to the courier once we have received the above mentioned amount in our bank account.
In case we get a parcel returned to us, we reserve the right to refuse any future orders from that person and deliveries to that address.
