Do I need to register if I want to buy something from the webshop?
By providing your email and ship to address you can also use our webshop as a guest, no registration needed. If you change your mind and would like to register, you can do that here.
Do you ship abroad?
Currently we only accept orders from within Hungary. If you would like to have your order delivered to another country, please contact us via email info@bracers.eu or here.
Can I place an order via phone call?
No, unfortunately you cannot. However we would be happy to answer any questions if you give us a call. We speak English and a little German. 🙂 You can call us from Monday to Friday, between 09.00-15.00 (CET), or you can always send us an email at info@bracers.eu or by filling out the form here.
How do I know what is the correct size?
You can find help regarding the size on the product description page. Please always check and read carefully before placing the order. Keep in mind that our products are hand-made, so small differences in colour- and size could occur.
How quickly can you ship?
Products on stock are handed over to the courier within 2 working days after order confirmation. Delivery takes about 1-2 days within Hungary. For international delivery please contact us via email info@bracers.eu or by filling out the form here.
You will be notified of the delivery date by the courier company by email or text message.
Shipping of products that are not on stock and are made to order will take about 15 days.
Nevertheless we always try to prepare your order as soon as possible. 🙂
